I’m Rodrigo Ruda, a real estate agent with Keller Williams in Cupertino, California. As a proud Nor Cal UBC member, I’ve contributed to numerous large-scale construction projects, including working as a foreman on the Apple Park “spaceship” project here in Silicon Valley. I’ve also worked as a subcontractor on major projects with builders like Toll Brothers, KB Home, Ponderosa Homes, and Pulte Homes, and helped run my family’s home remodeling business. I grew up in the Bay Area and have lived in multiple cities, including San Francisco, Union City / Fremont, and San Jose, giving me deep local knowledge and insight into the communities I serve. That hands-on construction background gives my clients a real advantage. I know how to evaluate a property beyond the surface, identify smart, cost-effective upgrades, and break down the true pros and cons of a home. Bilingual in English and Spanish, I work with clients from all backgrounds and walks of life.
